Elder Jeffery Harley Sr. was born in Dillon, South Carolina to the parents Douglas and Inez Alexander. He graduated from West Brunswick High School and joined the United States Army. Elder Harley retired from the military after twenty-three years of service to our country.
In 1999, he met the love of his life Jacquelyne Harley, whom he married in the same year. They have three children Demarcus, Shanice, and Jeffery Jr.
Elder Harley obtained a Masters in Business Administration in Organizational Management with a Minor in Human Resources. Additionally, he is a certified SERV Safe Instructor and Proctor.
Elder Jeffery Harley’s desire is to build healthier spiritually and emotionally people. He believes that the Power of God works within him to break cycles that keep so many people in spiritual and emotional bondage.
